RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received.

To initiate a return, contact us at tonyv313@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items Digital products and services are non-refundable.
